After 10 years in Colorado, she relocated back to her roots in Chattanooga and instructed massage therapy for several years at Miller-Motte Technical College (MMTC).

As a continuing education provider, Tracy aims to offer unique content informed by the variety of her education exposure and years of hands-on experience as well as create an open learning environment, honoring the skills and knowledge of the collective group. She has co-lead various workshops in the area pertaining to women’s holistic health and as well as being a certified practitioner, she is also an Arvigo® self-care instructor.

Tracy is a certified iBme Mindfulness Teacher and draws upon many perspectives of health beyond massage including her studies of nursing, herbalism, mindfulness, and menstrual cycle education with an aim of enhancing the body’s innate systems for recovery and balance. She is a lover of the natural world and nourishes herself by spending time hiking, climbing, wandering near the rivers, and sharing slow meals with friends.
